I like...people who make me laugh, gilmore girls, nigella lawson, directors, dogs, comfortable friendships, being around my mom, reading, jim and dwight, dance in most forms, cracking my toes, gmail, jenny and jeff's bbq, ginger ale, tattoos, jeanne's SAT score, oyster bars, dave chappelle and petite guys. brewco, of course. steve nash. raging waters.

wood nymphs.

I dislike...picky eaters, parallel parking, jiro the sushi man, bullshit, hummers, people who drive hummers, ucla email, bras, coffee, littering. and Nip/Tuck. yellow fever. miscommunication. people who pat my head.

bane of my existence

do you know what would be fan-freakin-tastic?!

if i could stop getting bites.
what the fuck is wrong with me that i always get bitten but everyone who shares my surroundings don't. i can't comprehend it.

i wash my sheets every other day. cassie and mable can testify. shower twice a day sometimes more if i am bored. started taking vitamin b in hopes that i can make my blood taste bad. sleep with a night light so that the motherfuckers will drown in the soapy water i've set for them. bomb my room. cover my body head to toe in bug repellent when i sleep.

what more can i do.

can't fucking deal with it anymore. and now my legs are permanently fucked up with scars.

p.s. i am freakin sensitive about this issue. one comment about how my personal hygiene is at fault for my bites, i'll stop talking to you.

other than the current jobless situation, losing my diamond bar oasis and my superb taste in guys. whine whine.
things are grand.

YESS

It finally feels like a LA summer.

moved out of my shit hole of an apartment. happy would be an understatement. now i am here at justine's. its super chill--forgot what its like to live with my people.

today: after losing my car keys. i decided not to go in for my last day at asakuma. best decision ever. instead watched wanted and kungfu panda. with dinner and spontaneity, it had to be the perfect summer chilling.

i am going to cut back on work. this year-off was suppose to be fun, not stress reincarnated.

I wanted you to be one of the first to know: on Saturday, I will hold an event in Washington D.C. to thank everyone who has supported my campaign. Over the course of the last 16 months, I have been privileged and touched to witness the incredible dedication and sacrifice of so many people working for our campaign. Every minute you put into helping us win, every dollar you gave to keep up the fight meant more to me than I can ever possibly tell you.

On Saturday, I will extend my congratulations to Senator Obama and my support for his candidacy. This has been a long and hard-fought campaign, but as I have always said, my differences with Senator Obama are small compared to the differences we have with Senator McCain and the Republicans.

I have said throughout the campaign that I would strongly support Senator Obama if he were the Democratic Party's nominee, and I intend to deliver on that promise.

When I decided to run for president, I knew exactly why I was getting into this race: to work hard every day for the millions of Americans who need a voice in the White House.

I made you -- and everyone who supported me -- a promise: to stand up for our shared values and to never back down. I'm going to keep that promise today, tomorrow, and for the rest of my life.

I will be speaking on Saturday about how together we can rally the party behind Senator Obama. The stakes are too high and the task before us too important to do otherwise.

I know as I continue my lifelong work for a stronger America and a better world, I will turn to you for the support, the strength, and the commitment that you have shown me in the past 16 months. And I will always keep faith with the issues and causes that are important to you.

In the past few days, you have shown that support once again with hundreds of thousands of messages to the campaign, and again, I am touched by your thoughtfulness and kindness.

I can never possibly express my gratitude, so let me say simply, thank you.

Sincerely,

Hillary Rodham Clinton

make my day

i have no sense of time now. my days are so busy that yesterday seems weeks away.
bay to breakers was two weeks ago but i swear it happened last quarter.

as usual. it was super fun.

hanging with lauren and kyle is always hilarious. plus david in his element is quite impressive. and mable dressed up as a hybrid of chinese fob and hippie doesn't let me down.

i really really really like san francisco. now i see what every nor cal person raves about. people there are way cooler (and chiller) than the los angelenos i have to look at every day. there's something about los angeles that specializes in making neurotic jerks. i should know i serve most of them.

currently, i am at three jobs. its what i do. work to play.
more importantly, i graduate in two weeks. not quite sure what to make of it.

Us finishing the marathon. or semi-marathon as kyle would call it. 8 miles running without breaking a sweat. impressive, i know.
