following advice, i started making cold-brew ice coffee simply because most places refrigerate old coffee from the previous day.

sadly, i don't take well to caffeine. it makes me weirder than normal.

the Mac Community and 500 days

I can no longer remain silent. PEOPLE, macs are not user friendly, not even close.
my list of grievances with this superficial, over-priced, unreliable piece of machinery.

1) WHY doesn't mac's version of word incorporate the toolbox (of fonts and spacings etc.) into the document rather than a small floating toolbox that a reasonably smart person cannot find.
2) on adium: does the buddy list have to appear with the chat box. is that necessary?! i just want to chat without having another small floating buddy list obscuring my already (box) cluttered screen.
3) and this stickies application, i want the "stickies" to stay on my desktop all the time. not just when i have the stickies application open. post-its' program got it right and yet again, mac, you've failed.
4)leopard, snow leopard, boot camp, boot camp redux = wth.

silver lining: after these five years i'll be fluent in both pc and mac. and then i'll go work for pcs.

anywho.
i didn't like 500 days of summer mostly because Summer seemed all too familiar. who in los angeles is not neurotic, purposely quirky, vegan, and a hippy hipster. her disinterest in the cute Gordon-Levitt was neither interesting nor inspiring: she's just not that into him.

hahaha, i feel better. thank you blogspot for this opportunity to hate freely.

here goes the haps in my life.

im no longer the biggest leach of the universe. though im not yet capable of helping out the family as i would like. at least i can keep my own.

thanks to nosaj151, i now tutor kids (some sweet, some stupid, some with adhd) in reading/writing. its neither fun nor interesting. but i don't pander for tips so it works for meee.

things at home are kinda rough. im my mama's helper, companion and stress-ball. its helping me be a better person. And yes, saints have room for improvement.
